1. How can I transfer the music into my incredimail stylbox?

Open a new letter, open your stylbox and click on sounds.You can see now two buttons "Add" and "Get more sounds". Click on "Add" a new window opens, go to the folder where you have stored your music and click on the required song. The title shows now in the bar below, click on open and the music is placed in your stylbox.

That could happen in the following cases, 1) The show images box is not checked in advanced options of internet explorer. 2)The image is based on a script, activeX control, or Java applet and your computer settings are set to block those, f.e. Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall. See Microsoft Knowledge Base article 283807.

The buttons are Java-applets, when you have blocked the start of these in your browser the effects and buttons wouldn't work correctly.

Probably you are working with Microsoft mediaplayer who recognises the format and start playing, your computer has no choice, a solution is to install another player f.e. Winamp. Download free on winamp.com.
